I had a pleasant time during my stay at Baby Memorial Hospital. Nurses and staff were very nice, sociable and considerate of my queries I had. I came along with my partner and they also made sure he was okay and looked after him and kept him informed while I was in the recovery room. I made friends with majority of the people as I felt comfortable and at ease,. Whenever I was nervous, I made them aware of this and they immediately made me feel comfortable again. They all spoke good English so communication was not a problem. The housekeeping did a excellent job and kept everything spic and span.

Many thanks to everyone in the organization and to the people back home who introduced me to these people and hospital. It was my pleasure to meet everyone, the nurses and especially Dr Krishna Kumar and his team. He has done a good job on me. Public relation officers were so pleasant, helpful and organized and they did an excellent job.

One thing for sure I would recommend this hospital to anyone considering surgery abroad and would definitely come again. Take care and God bless.

How can I describe the wonderful treatment I have received right from day one. My surgeon Dr Krishna Kumar and his team made me feel safe and cared for. The nursing staff were wonderful and always there. Nothing was too much trouble day and night.

The personnel were great. Babita, Ram and my little friend Sasha. All the other wonderful people I have not named because I cannot spell their names.

I am very pleased with my Face. The doctors have done a great job. I felt right from the moment I arrived I was among friends. I don’t want to leave. I am very sad but hope to return

Baby Memorial Hospital was excellent. It was very clean, as clean as UK. It was nice to see housekeeping staff every morning. The staff was nice and helpful. The doctors and nurses were very good, so were the other staff. They helped me in all aspects . I am very happy with the procedure. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was met at the airport as promised even though the flight was one hour late.Hospital room is very comfortable, better than I expected, friendly staff and food satisfactory.Everyone did their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease and it is good you are able to come and go as you please.The surgeons were very re assuring and all questions were answered, was well looked after and checked on regularly.
On the whole it is an experience I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to treatment in the UK A special mention needs to go for the PRO Rohit who looked after me the majority of the time and took time out to take me out and about.

I would like to say thanks to all in Baby Memorial hospital for the care that they gave to my 4 year old daughter, Sarah. They were very friendly, helpful and they gave us most of their time just to keep us comfortable. Doctors are excellent and staff nurses very helpful at all time. We had very nice days in Baby Memorial Hospital and we felt as if we were in our country between our family.

When I was suffering from severe abdominal pain for years I traveled around the world , visited the best hospitals, met a whole lot of doctors but unfortunately none could  diagnose my problem let alone put me out of pain. I came back to my hometown of Muscat and continued suffering the pain. One of my staff from Kerala, India suggested I visit Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut and immediately made arrangements for me and my wife, Miriam to go there. I met the excellent team of doctors headed by the skilled surgeon, Dr C C Suresh, who after the regular tests, identified the problem and I went through a surgery. And that was a miracle I was waiting for the last several years. I was  finally out of pain. I will always be indebted to the doctors and all the staff of the hospital for their warm and caring service. My experience in Baby memorial Hospital was a wonderful one in terms of the doctors, service, the warmth and care of all the staff, the infrastructure which was at par with the world standards. Now I feel like I am a woman reborn. And more than that, with half the money I saved through this surgery, I enjoyed three weeks holidaying in Gods own country, Kerala.
